**Training and conditioning are billed at the first of the month and are due when billed. Interest on all unpaid balances begin on the tenth of the month. All horses whose bills are 30 days in arrears will be put on board until such time as the bill is paid in full. NO HORSE WILL BE TRAINED IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT CURRENT.
**Horse show fees include all trainers expenses, grooms expenses and horse preparation charges. Entry fees, office and drug fees, non-member fees, bedding at shows, prorated tack and groom stalls, set up and hauling fees, patronship Box Seats, early arrival fees, vet and farrier fees, layover fees, supplements and any medication incurred while away from the farm are to be paid by the owner of the horse and are not included in the Show fees.
**Show fees are billed 30 days in advance and are due 2 weeks prior to departure. At such time, owners are expected to pay for all fees NOT included in APH’s Show fees if owner will not be present at show. Non payment may result in your horse not being shown.
**All horses are required to have current negative coggins, all inoculations and all horses are to be deformed every 60 days -- all of which will be administered by APH’s Veternarian and regulated by APH.
**All prize money will be retained by the clients.
**Owners will be expected to provide appropriate blankets/shipping boots for the show season. APH will order one for any horse whose owner doesn’t provide one and cost will be billed to the client.
